My name is Brent Warner and I am the owner and founder of ESI Property
Inspection. I personally perform every inspection myself and always give you, my
client the utmost personal attention you deserve. Something you rarely receive from a multiple
inspector firm. As a licensed
professional, I have a fiduciary responsibility to you as my home inspection
client. I respect the fact that you rely on me and
my vast knowledge to personally assist you during your home buying

making the financial commitment of purchasing or selling your home, your best

Whole
house inspections are never scheduled back to back.
This prevents having to hurry through your home inspection to make it to the
next inspection on time. If inspection of a home takes longer than usual so be
it. The amount of attention given to your future home / investment will not be compromised.
You will receive approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of attention paid to you and the
property that is being inspected. This is especially important if you are a first time home buyer, because the scheduling allows extra time to be spent with you to make
sure your questions are completely answered. This helps remove the nagging
doubt and concerns of the "unknown issues" that many buyers have.
